It happens 5th Monday of the Lent every year.
Once, there were over 60 Saints. After a long gap with no procession, the number was reduced to 27.
Presently, 31 with 4 new additions.

31. St. Francis de Chagas
Looks like the event or the procession was not orderly organised this time.
The Mass took too long. Started at 4.30, with sermon of over 30 minutes etc.

The procession started at 6.15 and the last Saint to leave Church complex was at 7.15. The First Saint that left church at 6.15 was back around 7.25 after about 2km of marching along the roads.
The last Saint who left the Church at 7.15 must have arrived back around 8.25pm.
Throughout the procession route there were amplified sound, horn speakers but there was no provision of lights. Procession must start at 5.15 or before so that all Saints are back to Church by 6.45.
Less and less number of people joining the procession in these years. Some Charols had just 15 people and another had about 25 people. St. Antonio Charol gets the highest number of people.
Shortage of Goa-Velha men.
